INSTUDIO is on to Discarded to Divine

Bring home one of a kind fashion and home furnishings that were transformed from Discarded to Divine while supporting the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco.

Discarded to Divine is a charitable event that features the visionary talents of aspiring and professional designers who use their skills to create a metamorphosis on donated clothing and home décor. Exceptional designs are auctioned to benefit those overcoming poverty, homelessness and domestic violence.

Three interior Design Directors of INSTUDIO were each given an identical sturdy, plain and practical table on which to apply their artistry. Samuel Fleming Lewis, Stephen Kladder and Lynne Gillan elevated once common tables to luxurious “furniture as art”. Each artistic statement makes a table that would enhance a different style of interior design and décor.

See the tables by INSTUDIO Design Directors at the preview of select designs through April 11 at the global architecture and design firm Gensler, 2 Harrison Street, Suite 400 in San Francisco. The preview is open for public viewing on weekdays between 8:30am to 5:00pm.
